The room was bright, well-equipped with all essentials, and impeccably clean, creating a cozy home away from home. The family-friendly amenities, such as the free smartphone for navigating Tokyo and the convenient airport limo service, made our travels with kids stress-free. We appreciated the hotel's central location near multiple train lines, making it a breeze to explore nearby attractions. Despite traveling with children, we were able to enjoy the bustling neighborhoods of Shinjuku and Shibuya, thanks to the hotel's proximity. Grand Palace provided a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for families, catering to our every need with efficiency and warmth.
